HartBeat CrowdBuild • The Core Architect Opportunity

Turn what you know into AI that businesses can hire.

You have expertise that took years to earn. A process you have perfected. A problem you know how to solve. A way of working that gets results.

Turn your expertise into capabilities businesses can use. Contribute a Skill, connector, Mission Pack or evaluation. HartBeat OS is being designed to provide the common Beat framework so you can focus on the business problem you know how to solve.

Create and maintain useful capabilities, choose how to price them under the planned marketplace terms, and build a professional reputation around the problems you solve.

We are assembling 1,000 Core Human Architects to help shape that future. Bring your experience. Bring your imagination. Show us what you could contribute.

Selection is based on experience, fit and interview—not simply application order.

Selection is based on experience, contribution, and review—not simply application order.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE IS THE STARTING POINT

You do not have to start by rebuilding everything.

Every standalone AI product needs more than a clever idea. It needs a way to manage context, connect tools, control permissions, check results and reach customers.

HartBeat OS is being designed to provide that shared foundation, so Architects can focus more of their effort on the part that makes their work valuable: solving a particular business problem well.

Your contribution might be a lead-response workflow, a specialist research method, a reporting process, an integration or a skill grounded in years of industry experience.

You bring the expertise. Together, we turn it into a useful capability businesses can understand, evaluate and choose.

MEET THE SYSTEM YOUR WORK WILL JOIN

Genie clarifies the goal. Maestro coordinates the mission. Beats apply the Skills.

Genie is the intended starting point for a business owner: a conversation about what they want to accomplish.

Maestro is the orchestration layer being built to translate that mission into coordinated work, select suitable Beats and manage the steps within approved permissions and budgets.

Beats share a common worker framework. Your contribution supplies a useful method or integration, supported by requirements and evidence. A Beat role can bring several capabilities together for a customer.

A PATH FROM A BUSINESS PROBLEM TO YOUR SOLUTION

Build for the moment a business needs you.

A business owner says, “Our website leads sit unanswered for hours.” In the planned workflow, Maestro identifies the needed capabilities: lead triage, response drafting and a supported CRM connection. Requirements, permissions and price inform the proposed mission. One Beat may handle the job with those Skills.

The business can review the proposed scope, permissions, expected result and cost before work begins.

Discover Skills, connectors and Mission Packs through a familiar marketplace model, alongside the Beat roles they support. Like app stores and WordPress plugin directories, the marketplace is intended to help customers find useful capabilities and understand their requirements. These comparisons do not imply affiliation with those platforms.

For an Architect, the opportunity is clear: describe what your capability does, demonstrate that it works, and make it easier to find when a business needs it.

THE PLANNED MARKETPLACE MODEL

You set the price. You receive 70%.

Choose the model that fits your capability or Mission Pack:
• Free: share a useful capability and help people discover your work.
• One-time purchase: charge once for the agreed offering.
• Subscription: earn a recurring share while customers maintain paid subscriptions to your capability or Mission Pack.

The planned split is 70% to the Architect and 30% to HartBeat OS. HartBeat OS plans to handle marketplace distribution, payment processing and credit-card fees from its share.

The goal is to let you focus on creating and maintaining useful capabilities while the platform provides a common route to discovery and payment.

Capability pricing and compute usage are separate. A free capability does not mean unlimited free processing. Final marketplace terms will define eligible revenue, refunds, taxes, payouts and other operating details. Income depends on adoption and continued customer use; it is not guaranteed.

WHEN A BUSINESS NEEDS SOMETHING NEW

The missing capability can become your next project.

Sometimes the right capability will not exist yet. Our planned bounty process turns that gap into a scoped, funded project with an agreed budget, acceptance criteria and payment terms.

Core Architects receive the first opportunity to review and respond. Projects can then open to the wider developer network.

This creates two potential paths to commercial work: reusable marketplace offerings and specific funded projects. A first opportunity to respond is not an automatic project award.

LET YOUR WORK BUILD YOUR NAME

A reputation businesses can evaluate.

The planned marketplace combines verified customer reviews, star ratings and Architect Levels 1, 2 and 3 to help customers understand your experience, work quality, reliability and support.

The aim is simple: as you deliver useful work, you build a professional record that can help customers and Maestro evaluate your capabilities.

Your Architect number identifies you. Your marketplace level reflects reviewed performance. They serve different purposes, and the standards will be published before the levels operate.

MORE CAPACITY FOR THE RIGHT WORK

Your next idea should not always require a bigger machine.

Some resource-intensive jobs can be divided into independent batches. HartBeat OS is being designed to coordinate suitable work across explicitly authorized participating computers, locally or across an approved wider network.

Maestro’s intended role is to match tasks to eligible capacity, respect data boundaries and budgets, and collect and verify the results.

For Architects and customers, the potential benefit is access to additional processing capacity when it is needed, without each project having to justify another hardware purchase.

That is parallel computing for the AI workforce. Performance will depend on the workload, available nodes, network overhead and permissions. It is not unlimited capacity or a promise that every task will run faster.

THE CORE ARCHITECT INVITATION

The wider network can grow. The Core has 1,000 active seats.

Richard Hart, Founding Architect 0000, started the mission. We are inviting experienced builders and specialists to help establish the standards, capabilities and culture that come next.

You could contribute as an AI developer, workflow designer, integration specialist, researcher, product designer or industry expert. Technical skill matters. So does a deep understanding of how real work gets done.

Core admission requires application review and an interview. We look at relevant experience, the quality of past work, domain knowledge and the capabilities you could bring to the ecosystem.

The first accepted Core cohort will receive honorary founding badges and numbered Core designations under the program’s published rules. Original founding recognition is intended to remain part of the platform’s history, even after an Architect leaves an active seat. When a seat becomes available, a qualified applicant on the waiting list may be selected as its successor; that successor does not become an original founder retroactively.

HELP DESIGN THE FOUNDATION

An invitation to experienced technical leaders.

We are also seeking roughly 12 visionary technical leaders to help guide the platform’s architecture. If your experience includes building reliable systems, coordinating complex engineering or turning ambitious ideas into practical products, tell us you are interested in this leadership path when you apply.

Richard’s ambition is to build for the next 100 years and beyond: a platform that can keep evolving as technology and human needs change. That long horizon begins with the choices we make now—and the people who help make them.

Leadership scope, responsibilities and any compensation will be discussed separately. Expressing interest is not a job offer.

YOUR NEXT STEPS

Apply. Meet the team. Define your contribution.

1. Tell us where you are strongest.
Share your experience, existing portfolio and the area where you want to contribute.

2. Take part in the review and interview.
Help us understand your skills, judgment, availability and fit with the platform’s needs.

3. Agree a useful starting scope.
Before original work begins, confirm the deliverables, review criteria, rights and any commercial terms in writing.

4. Build a record of useful work.
Develop and validate agreed capabilities, document the results and improve them through review. Marketplace publication and paid projects follow their own requirements as those programs become available.

This is an opportunity to participate in building an ecosystem. It is separate from employment; applying does not guarantee a salary, paid project, equity or a Core seat.

Your next chapter could begin with what you already know.

The early Architects will help shape how Skills and connectors are built on the common Beat framework, how quality is judged and how professional expertise reaches businesses through HartBeat OS.

With only 1,000 active Core seats planned, this is the time to put your experience forward. Selection depends on fit and review. Start the conversation while the foundation is being shaped.

Bring your imagination. Bring your skills. Bring the experience that makes your work different.

Apply for Core Architect Consideration

Questions before you apply?

Do I need to be a programmer?

No. Developers are important, but so are workflow designers, researchers, operators and industry experts. Explain the knowledge or capability you can contribute.

Is this a job application?

It is an application to participate in the Core Architect program. Any separately advertised employment role will have its own scope, selection process and written offer.

Does applying create an account or reserve a seat?

No. It sends your application to the team for review. Account registration is separate, and a Core seat requires selection.

Can I start earning immediately?

This is an early-stage invitation. Marketplace and bounty earnings depend on those programs launching, the applicable agreements and customers choosing your work.

What should I submit now?

A nonconfidential experience summary and links to existing work you are permitted to share. Follow the application page’s current résumé instructions. Do not submit original proprietary deliverables before a separate agreement.

Do I need to buy anything to apply?

No purchase is required to apply. Any later compute, development or commercial costs must be stated and agreed separately.
