Fewer tools to juggle.
More intelligence at work.

Explore how HartBeat OS is designed to consolidate business tools, coordinate specialist Beats, and turn intent into purposeful workflows.

HartBeat OS is in development. Answers distinguish intended capabilities from confirmed availability; deployment scope and integrations must be validated.

GETTING STARTED

One place to begin. Clear expectations.

HartBeat’s branded App Suite account and portal have been activated. Customer onboarding and individual features are being validated. The catalog below describes the business areas we are bringing together; it is not a guarantee that every feature is enabled in every plan.

Start with the portal’s account-creation flow. Supported paid upgrades take place inside your App Suite account. If you already have an account with the underlying service or cannot complete signup, contact HartBeat for help.

Is this the same as my HartBeat website account?

No. The website’s email-link account and the App Suite account currently use separate sign-in flows. Creating one does not automatically create the other.

What does my plan include?

Confirm App Suite features and limits, setup or appliance services, managed support and AI usage separately before purchasing. Payment processing, messaging, external services and custom work may have additional charges. An appliance preorder is not automatic App Suite enrollment.

Can Maestro launch my business automatically?

That is the direction we are building toward. Our planned first launch mission prepares an offer, checkout, follow-up and course access for review. End-to-end Maestro operation is not yet customer-verified.

Does HartBeat build every underlying application?

HartBeat combines its developing orchestration layer with integrated business software. Our focus is the customer experience, configuration, support and coordination of approved work. The features, limits and connected services included in your plan will be stated before activation.

Fewer disconnected tools. More connected work.

What is HartBeat OS?

HartBeat OS is being built as a business operating and AI orchestration layer. Its purpose is to turn a request into a workable mission, coordinate specialist Beats and connected applications, and track the resulting work. It sits above supported computing platforms and AI services.

Why choose HartBeat OS instead of managing separate tools?

The goal is to reduce the time spent moving information between applications and directing each step yourself. HartBeat OS combines an App Suite vision with AI coordination, so tasks can follow a shared business objective. Which subscriptions it can replace depends on the workflows and integrations validated for your deployment.

Which tools is HartBeat OS designed to consolidate?

The App Suite covers 14 areas: sales funnels, email marketing, website building, affiliate management, marketing automation, online courses, communities, booking calendars, business workspaces, physical-product sales, SMS marketing, CRM pipelines, webinars, and creator stores. These are capability areas, not a guarantee of complete feature parity with every standalone product.

Can it replace my funnel builder, website builder, and creator storefront?

These are intended consolidation areas. The goal is to connect pages, offers, lead capture, and follow-up in one coordinated workflow. Existing domains, custom code, checkout requirements, and publishing features need to be reviewed before migrating.

Can it replace email, SMS, and marketing automation tools?

HartBeat OS is designed to coordinate messaging, segmentation, and follow-up through supported capabilities and providers. Delivery services, sending limits, consent requirements, and usage charges may still apply. Consolidating a workflow does not remove the need for email or telecom infrastructure.

Can it replace course, community, webinar, and booking platforms?

Those four areas are part of the App Suite design. The right fit depends on requirements such as live versus automated events, access rules, scheduling, content delivery, and member experiences. We would validate the required functions before recommending replacement.

Can it replace CRM, affiliate, and client-workspace tools?

HartBeat OS aims to bring lead pipelines, partner activity, and separated business workspaces into coordinated operations. Complex enterprise CRM customization, commission accounting, and strict multi-tenant requirements need individual evaluation.

Does HartBeat OS replace my online store, accounting system, or payment processor?

It may consolidate selected storefront and product-sales workflows, but it should not be assumed to replace a complex commerce platform, inventory system, accounting ledger, bank, or payment processor. Supported connections can help coordinate these systems while they remain the authoritative records.

Do I have to abandon the apps I already use?

No wholesale migration is required by the design. The intended approach is to retain useful systems, connect supported services, and replace only the tools whose required workflows have been validated. Existing subscriptions should stay active until migration and acceptance checks are complete.

Beats and Skills that serve a mission.

How does HartBeat OS turn a wish into work?

The intended workflow is to clarify the outcome, identify constraints, break the mission into tasks, assign suitable skills and tools, execute permitted steps, and review the result. Ambiguous or consequential requests may need clarification or approval before action.

Will HartBeat OS use one Beat or many?

Beats share one reusable framework. A simple mission may use one Beat equipped with the required Skills. A mission that needs parallel work, different access boundaries or a distinct review may use several separately scoped workers. Team size follows the work, available resources and budget.

What is a Skill?

A Skill packages instructions and supporting resources for a specific kind of work. It may include examples, references or scripts. A Beat uses the Skill with its model and approved tools. Skills are evaluated on supported configurations before their results can be relied on.

Does each Beat need its own AI model?

No. Separate Beats can use the same model endpoint while keeping their mission contexts and permissions separate. Models and execution locations are selected according to the task, data policy, measured performance and budget.

Can Skills be loaded and unloaded?

That is the intended design. Relevant Skills are selected for the mission, and removing one prevents its future selection. Removing a Skill does not erase information already read, delete retained records, cancel work or reverse completed actions. Those operations need their own controls.

Are agents being replaced by Skills?

Skills change how expertise and procedures are packaged. Agents still provide execution through a model, tools and a runtime. HartBeat is being designed to combine reusable Skills with the amount of orchestration each mission actually needs.

How will the platform keep up as AI changes?

HartBeat’s design separates mission records and controls from the models, tools and Skills used to do the work. Supported components can be evaluated and replaced through adapters. Each change still needs testing for quality, permissions, cost and recovery.

Which departments can benefit?

The vision spans sales, marketing, customer service, HR, accounting support, research and development, competitive intelligence, and business operations. Examples include preparing reports, organizing information, drafting content, and coordinating repeatable processes. Professional judgments and accountable decisions remain with authorized people.

Can HartBeat OS research competitors and prepare market studies?

Competitive intelligence is a planned workflow area: collect permitted sources, compare offerings, prepare cited findings, and identify questions for review. Market-size estimates and recommendations should show their assumptions; access to restricted or paid sources requires separate authorization.

Can it create content and manage marketing campaigns?

The intended capabilities include research, briefs, drafts, campaign coordination, scheduling through supported integrations, and KPI analysis. Publishing, advertising spend, and campaign changes must follow account permissions and approval policies. Conversion rates and ROAS are outcomes to measure, not guaranteed results.

Can agents work around the clock?

The architecture is intended to support scheduled and unattended work within defined limits. Continuous operation depends on hardware availability, service access, maintenance, and recovery controls. A 24/7 design goal is not a promise of uninterrupted service.

Can I give instructions by voice, text, or email?

HartBeat OS is designed around conversational intent, including voice, text, and email entry points. Each channel will require supported integration and identity checks before it can authorize work. Channel availability will be stated as it is validated.

Does HartBeat OS replace employees?

Its purpose is to help people accomplish more by reducing repetitive coordination and giving them access to specialist AI assistance. Employees and leaders define goals, apply judgment, and remain accountable for decisions. The aim is stronger human performance across the business.

Choice, privacy, and control.

Am I locked into one AI model or hardware company?

Vendor independence is a design principle. HartBeat OS is intended to use replaceable model backends and adapters for supported apps and tools. Hardware neutrality does not mean universal compatibility: each operating system, device configuration, and integration must be tested.

How is HartBeat OS different from macOS, Windows, or Linux?

Those operating systems manage the computer. HartBeat OS is being developed as the upper business layer that coordinates missions, agents, and workflows on supported infrastructure. Your hardware runs an operating system; HartBeat OS is designed to help run the work of your business.

Can my business data stay on my premises?

Local-only operation is a design goal for eligible workflows. Hybrid tasks may send approved information to external models or services. Privacy must account for connectors, logs, backups, and support access—not just where the model runs. Sharing data requires a defined policy and authorization.

How will HartBeat OS control AI spending and consequential actions?

The design includes budget reservations, usage reconciliation, scoped permissions, and approval checkpoints. Agents should not treat a requested outcome as unlimited spending authority. These controls require validation before unattended paid activity is enabled.

Will my appliance join a worldwide network automatically?

No. The planned I AM UP network is voluntary, with owner workloads and privacy first. Eligible jobs could use approved idle capacity on a LAN or across participating appliances. Global participation and UPBeats non-cash contribution credits are post-V1 plans, not current services.

Will contributing idle capacity spend money on AI APIs?

The planned contribution policy excludes paid model APIs, cloud computing, and metered bandwidth. It permits only approved spare local capacity and unmetered connectivity. Hardware use still consumes electricity; credits are not a guarantee of cash earnings or profit.

What is available now, and how do I get started?

HartBeat OS is in development. This FAQ describes intended capabilities and consolidation opportunities, not a release checklist. Book a call to discuss a specific workflow and confirm its status, supported configuration, implementation needs, and costs. Do not cancel existing services based on roadmap descriptions alone.

SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

Trust belongs in the architecture.

Security, human authorization, and responsible data handling are priorities in HartBeat OS’s design. Our compliance roadmap starts with defining scope, documenting controls, and validating them with evidence.

Framework labels are educational—not audit or certification badges. HartBeat OS is in development; no SOC 2 report, ISO certification, or HIPAA compliance status is claimed. Vanta is a platform to evaluate, not an announced provider or partner.
