Bring my challenge to Tuesday’s introduction ↗THE HARTBEAT OS EXECUTION & IMPROVEMENT LOOP
Human imagination drives the vision. AI delivers the execution. And people remain in control. Here is how Genie, Maestro, Skills, and Beats are designed to work together—from your first request to the next improved cycle.
You express a wish, request, or business goal. You set priorities, boundaries, and the outcome you want.
Your conversational interface asks the right questions, clarifies success criteria, and translates your intent into a mission for Maestro.
The orchestrator breaks the mission into tasks, organizes the mission workspace, and identifies the context, resources, and approvals needed.
Maestro selects relevant approved Skills, knowledge, tools, and AI models, then configures a Beat or coordinates a team of Beats for the job.
Beats load the selected Skills and carry out assigned tasks using authorized tools. Maestro coordinates dependencies, monitors progress, and routes required approvals to you.
Maestro checks outputs against the mission’s success criteria, records what happened, and identifies gaps or work that needs another pass.
Genie explains the outcome, evidence, and open questions. You review the work, give feedback, and approve the next step or adjust the goal.
Approved feedback and verified lessons update the mission context and reusable guidance. Genie clarifies any changed intent; Maestro revises the plan, adjusts Skills or Beat assignments, and runs the next authorized cycle.
Permissions, budgets, approvals, and execution records apply throughout. The goal is to make each cycle more useful through measured results and approved learning—not to assume every iteration succeeds. Reusable lessons are retained within the authorized workspace; this does not imply automatic retraining of the underlying AI models.
Architecture overview: this is the intended execution and improvement loop. Available capabilities and development milestones will be explained during your session.
Bring your first mission to a session ↑
Meet Genie · Your AI concierge
“Help my team follow up.”
“Research a new market.”
“Bring more consistency to our marketing.”
You know what you want to improve. Genie is designed to help turn that wish into a clear assignment: the outcome, the deadline, the boundaries, and what success looks like.
Bring a real business challenge to the webinar. Explore how it could become the starting point for your Chief AI Office.
Bring my mission to the webinar ↗Character illustration · Planned experience
Meet Maestro · The intelligence behind the mission
Maestro is being developed to turn your request into a plan, prepare the mission workspace, and coordinate Beats equipped with the right Skills. Your people set the direction and approve the boundaries.

Start with a useful result and clear success criteria.
Match the mission to suitable Beats and approved tools.
Evaluate the evidence, costs, and corrections needed.
THE UNIVERSAL BEAT FRAMEWORK
A growing business needs new capabilities without rebuilding its AI workforce for every task.
Explore Beats and Skills ↗We’re designing a reusable Beat framework that loads approved Skills, relevant business knowledge, and the tools permitted for the mission.
Email Skill → Email Beat
Organize a thread and prepare a reply for review.
Marketing Skill → Marketing Beat
Turn an approved brief into campaign materials.
Research Skill → Research Beat
Gather evidence and prepare a sourced comparison.
Maestro organizes the mission workspace so instructions, references, and working files stay clear. A Beat receives the context needed for its task; separate workers can be used when isolation, parallel work, or review calls for them.
More capability comes from better Skills and better methods—not from making you manage a growing collection of bots.
The universal framework and Skill loading are development objectives. Each Skill needs validation for its model, tools, permissions, and intended use.
AI-AGNOSTIC. AGENT-AGNOSTIC. BY DESIGN.
You should not have to bet your entire business workflow on whichever AI model happens to lead today.
HartBeat OS is being built as an independent business execution layer. Maestro’s intended role is to select and coordinate suitable capabilities—whether the task calls for a local model, an authorized cloud model, a skilled Beat, a business application, or a compatible third-party agent.
The customer benefit is choice: a consistent way to express your goals while the supporting technology can change through tested integrations.
Others advance the models and tools. HartBeat OS is designed to put compatible innovations to work around your business.
Provider independence is a design objective. Every integration requires compatibility, licensing, security, and operational validation. Adaptability reduces dependence; it does not eliminate technology risk.
Match capability, privacy requirements, and cost to the job instead of assuming one model is best for everything.
Retain reviewed procedures, business context, and mission records as supported underlying components evolve.
Add validated capabilities where they solve a real need. Your approvals and spending boundaries continue to apply.
YOUR SOVEREIGN LOCAL AI APPLIANCE
A dedicated, local-first foundation for your Chief AI Office—designed to bring supported AI models, tools, knowledge, and orchestration closer to the business they serve.
Discuss my Appliance and data needs ↗Greater control over where supported work runs, which business information it can access, and when data may be shared with an external service. You define the boundaries; the system is designed to enforce them.
Suitable tasks can run with local models and locally held context. More demanding tasks may use approved cloud models or services when your policy allows it. Local-only workflows should not silently switch to cloud processing.
The Appliance is part of the planned managed service: equipment, supported software, and the assistance level you select. The hardware remains managed service equipment rather than a computer sold outright to you.
Keep relevant knowledge available to authorized workflows while respecting who should be able to access it.
Discuss local resources, cloud usage, support scope, and spending limits before choosing a configuration.
Use Genie to explain the work in everyday language, while Maestro coordinates the capabilities behind it.
Local processing does not make every feature offline. Email, CRM, online research, and other connected services retain their own connectivity and data requirements. Available configurations, data flows, service limits, and equipment terms are confirmed before enrollment.
HARTBEAT OS CROWD BUILD
Our planned developer ecosystem is designed to extend what your Chief AI Office can do—beyond the capabilities one internal team could build alone.
We aim to invite 1,000 qualified independent developers into the inaugural Founding Architect program to contribute specialized Skills, connectors, and Beat capabilities.
For your business, the opportunity is access to more relevant expertise over time: a scheduling capability, a specialized reporting workflow, or a research method suited to your industry.
Maestro is being designed to help discover and recommend approved capabilities based on your mission. Activation would remain subject to your authorization, compatibility, and any applicable charges.
01 / DISCOVER
Find capabilities because they fit the job, with clear descriptions of what they require and produce.
02 / EVALUATE
Vetting is intended to cover provenance, rights, security, quality, and compatibility. A listing alone is not proof of suitability.
03 / EXPAND
Bring accepted capabilities into your workflows while retaining your permissions, data boundaries, and review requirements.
The proposed marketplace model allocates 70% of qualifying sales to developers and 30% to HartBeat OS, subject to marketplace terms. Founding Architect positions 0001–1000 recognize early contributors; they do not confer company equity or corporate founder status.
Explore Crowd Build ↗Crowd Build, automated discovery, and the marketplace are planned initiatives. The 1,000-developer figure is a recruitment goal, not a current enrollment count. Existing public Skill ecosystems are evaluation sources, not an already integrated HartBeat OS inventory.
See how the ecosystem could serve my business ↗YOUR BUSINESS TOOLS. A COORDINATED MISSION.
A useful result often takes more than one tool. The goal is to bring the work together around what you want accomplished.
Explore how funnels, registration, CRM, email, and booking capabilities could support a connected customer journey.
Give research, content preparation, review, publishing, and reporting a clear sequence and a shared objective.
Keep deliverables and progress understandable so your team can review what happened and decide what comes next.
App Suite availability and end-to-end automation are separate questions. We’ll explain which tools and connections are supported for your proposed workflow.
Talk through my existing tools ↗WHERE YOUR CHIEF AI OFFICE FITS
Your leaders own the priorities. Your Chief AI Office is designed to coordinate AI capabilities across their teams—within the permissions, budgets, and approvals you set.
HUMAN LEADERSHIP · YOUR DEPARTMENTS
HARTBEAT OS
One business orchestration layer. An AI workforce of skilled Beats.
Accountable to your CEO or designated human AI leader. Departments set the goals; permissions, budgets and approvals govern execution.
You don’t need every executive title to start.
For a growing business, one owner may wear several hats. Start with one useful mission.
Designed around your business
Imagine your team spending more energy on customers, decisions, and ideas—with AI support helping coordinate the repeatable work around them.

One business. Many moving parts. A Chief AI Office designed to help connect them.
Your people remain at the heart of it.
WHY NOW?
Access to AI is only the beginning. Your business still needs a practical way to choose, connect, govern, and use it.
Start with Tuesday’s introduction ↗Disconnected subscriptions and scattered experiments can create more coordination work. A defined mission, clear ownership, and a repeatable process give AI a practical place in the business.
Choosing the right first workflow, setting boundaries, and reviewing results builds experience your team can use on the next job.
You do not need to automate the whole company to begin. Bring one recurring challenge, understand your options, and decide whether an Appliance and the right support would be a fit.
Your future deserves a place on the calendar.
HARTBEAT OS IS CUSTOMER ZERO
We’re building HartBeat OS to help operate and grow our own business—and to make that journey visible.
View the growth scoreboard ↗Our immediate engineering milestone is Genie, Maestro, and one Beat completing a controlled mission together, beginning with synthetic email data.
Reusable Skills, additional integrations, and a developer marketplace follow demonstrated capabilities. A concept illustration is not a released feature, and a roadmap is not a customer result.
The public introduction is an opportunity to understand what is available, what is being tested, and what comes next.

FOUNDER & ARCHITECT · HARTBEAT OS
Richard brings more than 35 years of technology and business experience to a practical conviction: people should be able to define a business goal and direct AI support without having to orchestrate every tool and handoff themselves.
For growing businesses, the vision is a Chief AI Office without building an AI department from scratch. For established teams, it is a coordination platform serving human AI leaders and departments.

HartBeat OS is designed to empower your people. Human leaders retain decision authority, set priorities, and approve boundaries. “Chief AI Office” describes the AI coordination function supporting your business, including a human Chief AI Officer where you have one.
HartBeat OS is in development. Available capabilities, configuration requirements, and planned features will be explained during the webinar. Examples illustrate potential uses and do not guarantee business results.
Yes. Use the 1-on-1 email request to tell us about your business and preferred times. The team will respond to arrange a conversation; sending a request does not automatically book a time.
It describes the design goal of controlling supported local processing, business context, and authorized external data flows. It does not mean every integration is offline or that the managed hardware becomes your property. We’ll review the proposed configuration and its boundaries with you.
HartBeat OS is being designed for replaceable models and tools through tested integrations. Supported providers and configurations must be confirmed for your workflow; universal compatibility is not assumed.
The planned ecosystem would let independent developers contribute vetted Skills and connectors. Maestro could recommend suitable approved capabilities for your mission, subject to your authorization and applicable terms. It is a development initiative, not a claim that a commercial marketplace is already operating.
The planned managed service includes equipment under your service agreement. It is not a hardware ownership purchase. Confirm equipment, support, AI usage, and cancellation terms before enrollment.
