Your industry. Your workflows. Your AI team. Start with research, content preparation, lead organization, reporting, and repeatable administrative tasks. Sensitive data and regulated decisions require appropriate safeguards and qualified human oversight.
HartBeat OS. The top orchestration layer above your AI landscape.
AI vendor agnostic. AI tools agnostic. AI LLM agnostic. You define the mission. HartBeat OS is designed to coordinate the intelligence that makes it happen.
The AI landscape is vast—and always changing. HartBeat OS is being built to coordinate supported models, specialist agents, business apps, tools, and other orchestration systems from one business control layer. Your mission sets the direction; the technology serves the mission. Models, vendors and tools remain replaceable through supported connectors, APIs, MCP connections and adapters—so the architecture can evolve as AI evolves.

Tame the complexity.
HartBeat OS is designed to select and deploy appropriate supported technologies, assign specialist skills, and coordinate workflows within your permissions and budget. The goal is to reduce the burden of choosing and operating each tool yourself.
Give human imagination more room.
Let your people focus on ideas, relationships, judgment, and growth. Delegate suitable repetitive tasks to Beats and connected apps, with approved workflows able to continue beyond office hours as resources and services allow.
Help your people achieve more.
Our vision is to give employees and leaders the reach of a coordinated AI team—helping them research more deeply, prepare work faster, and turn bigger ideas into practical missions. People define success and retain authority over consequential decisions.
Bring your imagination. Define the outcome. Your wish becomes the mission.
HartBeat OS is in development. “Upper layer” describes the intended architecture, not universal control over every AI system or a claim of superior performance. Connections require supported adapters, appropriate access, and validation.
AI is becoming ubiquitous. Make it work for your business.
AI is moving into computers, applications, and every business department. HartBeat OS is designed to bring that intelligence together—coordinating the right Beats, tools, and workflows to turn business intent into measurable outcomes.
Silicon and platform innovators including NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Arm, and Apple are advancing local AI. Computer makers including Apple, Microsoft, Dell, ASUS, HP, Lenovo, MSI, Acer, and GIGABYTE are expanding the hardware ecosystem around it. Their products and approaches differ, but the direction is clear: more options for running AI near your business data.
The hardware brings AI closer. HartBeat OS brings it purpose.
Your hardware may run macOS, Windows, or Linux. HartBeat OS is designed to coordinate work above supported platforms—connecting AI models, apps, security controls, specialist agents, and workflows around the outcome your business needs.
From sales and marketing to HR, development, research and development, quality control, documentation, and operations, the mission is to make advanced AI useful without making every employee become an AI systems engineer.
ILLUSTRATIVE MISSION · PLANNED WORKFLOW
“Hey HartBeat, I need 50 fresh leads for my sales team by tomorrow.”
“Your wish is my mission. Let’s confirm the target customer, region, qualification criteria, and approved sources.”
HartBeat OS is designed to assemble the appropriate research, qualification, verification, and CRM specialists; assign supported tools; and coordinate the workflow within your budget and permissions. The intended delivery: a sourced, deduplicated lead list with qualification notes and a clear account of what was verified.
Fifty leads by tomorrow is the requested goal, not a guaranteed result. Source access, data quality, available capacity, and permitted uses determine what is feasible. Shortfalls should be reported honestly; outbound contact requires authorization.
Your business grows. Your AI capabilities can grow with it.
HartBeat OS is designed to retain approved preferences, business context, and reviewed outcomes under your retention and access settings. Feedback can inform better instructions, skills, and workflows over time; changes should be evaluated before adoption. More use does not automatically guarantee better performance.
As models, tools, and hardware evolve, supported adapters can bring new capabilities into your workflows. Our aim is a lasting business companion that grows with your vision—while keeping your people in control of the mission.
Closer to your data. Governed by your choices.
Local execution can help keep eligible workloads on your premises. Connections across a WAN or to cloud services may move selected data outside your LAN and require explicit policy and authorization. Hardware alone does not guarantee privacy.
Our post-V1 roadmap also includes a voluntary network of participating appliances that could share approved idle capacity, with owner workloads and privacy first.
Your wish becomes the mission. HartBeat OS brings the team together.
HartBeat OS is in development. Named manufacturers are industry examples, not claimed partners or certified integrations. Sources reviewed September 28, 2026:
The business intelligence layer. The local hardware that can power it.
You’ve seen how HartBeat OS is designed to coordinate your AI workforce, apps and business missions. The next question is: where does that work run?
The HartBeat OS appliance approach brings supported AI workloads onto a computer at your business—or a shared AI host on your local network (LAN). Employees can access that local capability while HartBeat OS coordinates the agents, tools and workflows around their goals.
That is why these computers belong in the story. Apple silicon and NVIDIA’s compact AI systems illustrate the growing choice of hardware for running compatible models locally. The computer supplies the processing power; HartBeat OS is designed to supply the business orchestration layer.
Local processing can keep selected data on your premises and reduce reliance on metered cloud inference for suitable tasks. Model size, speed and concurrent users depend on memory, software support and workload. External APIs and cloud services still have their own data flows and costs.
Your business needs define the appliance—not the other way around. These are hardware examples, not a requirement to buy every device or a claim that every configuration has been certified for HartBeat OS.
Manufacturer imagery illustrates the evolving hardware landscape. No manufacturer affiliation, endorsement or universal HartBeat OS compatibility is implied. Configuration and integration validation determine suitability.

FIRST PROOF HARTBEAT OS
05 / FIRST PROVING GROUND
Our first customer is HartBeat OS.
We are building the first proof around our own work. The immediate engineering milestone is a bounded inbox briefing: Genie captures the request, Maestro records and coordinates the mission, and a separate Email Beat uses focused Skills to prioritize messages and prepare proposed replies for review.
Our marketing is a subsequent business proving ground, beginning with one approved creative on one authorized channel. The longer-term target remains approximately 13 distinct approved creatives a day, subject to measured quality, cost and reliable publishing. These milestones are in development; the target is not demonstrated throughput.
Give your people an AI workforce. Make more room for business growth.
Business missions take time, specialist expertise, and resources. HartBeat OS—Your Business AI Operating System—is designed to give your people more capacity without adding the equivalent overhead. Its Beats and connected tools help carry out repetitive work, coordinate workflows, and keep missions moving while your people guide the outcome.
The planned catalog covers 60 business capability profiles. Each represents work that reusable Skills may help your people complete. Value will be measured through accepted results, time recovered and actual operating costs.
Time your team could recover
Less routine research, drafting, reporting, and manual coordination. More time for customers, decisions, and creative work.
Outside spending you could avoid
Reduce suitable billable work from consultants and service providers when AI-assisted delivery meets your quality requirements.
Capacity you could gain
Handle more suitable work with your existing team—and evaluate whether you can defer additional hiring or outside purchases.
Keep the talent. Reduce the workload.
Your team brings business knowledge, customer relationships, and judgment. HartBeat OS is designed to support them with coordinated AI execution—so skilled people can spend more time where their expertise matters.
Your AI Beats Army works beyond office hours—without tiring of repetitive work.
Approved workflows are designed to keep your Beats working outside your team’s office hours, subject to resources and service availability. That can shorten turnaround times and create more opportunities for campaigns, research, customer service, and other business missions.
The HartBeat OS AI Orchestrator is designed to assign tasks, create or activate Beats with the right skills, monitor their progress, and identify and resolve issues within approved permissions and budgets. Feedback and human-approved updates help refine workflows over time. Your people retain authority over consequential decisions and the direction of the mission.
The savings can be measured. The potential for growth goes beyond the numbers. With your people in command, the HartBeat OS AI Beats Army helps turn that potential into progress.
06 / YOUR CHIEF AI OFFICEYOUR WISH BECOMES THE MISSION
Meet the missing seat in your C-suite.
HartBeat OS. Your Chief AI Office. A managed AI operating environment designed to give your people more capacity to imagine, lead, and execute.
Your people bring imagination, relationships, experience, and judgment. HartBeat OS connects that human capability with coordinated action by a team of AI doers. Genie helps clarify your goals. Maestro organizes the appropriate Beats, Skills, and approved tools to carry out your selected workflows. Your people set priorities, approve important decisions, and remain in command.
More consistent follow-up. Better coordination. Faster preparation of content and reports. Fewer repetitive tasks competing for your team’s attention. Start with the work that matters most to your business, then expand as you see results.
CONFIGURED FOR YOUR WORKLOAD
Your AI appliance. Ready for your mission.
Our planned DIY and Done-With-You configurations use an Apple Mac mini with M5 Pro, or an equivalent computer, with at least 64 GB RAM and a 1 TB SSD. Where greater capacity is required, we specify an Apple Mac Studio with a Max or Ultra chip, or equivalent hardware, with memory and storage sized for your models and workload.
Local AI language models, supported business apps, and tools are configured as part of your agreed deployment. Final hardware and availability are confirmed in your proposal.
LOCAL AI · YOUR CHOICE OF LOCATION
Your data. Your deployment choice.
A sovereign AI environment designed to run supported LLMs and tools locally. Keep your appliance on your premises and LAN, or choose HartBeat OS hosting where available, with access for authorized employees through a secured VPN.
Supported workflows can process and store data locally. Cloud models, external apps, backups, and remote support follow the agreed data policy; external data transfers require authorization. Hosting scope and charges are specified in your proposal.

Frequently asked questions about choosing HartBeat OS
Which tools is HartBeat OS designed to consolidate?
The App Suite covers 14 areas: sales funnels, email marketing, website building, affiliate management, marketing automation, online courses, communities, booking calendars, business workspaces, physical-product sales, SMS marketing, CRM pipelines, webinars, and creator stores. These are capability areas, not a guarantee of complete feature parity with every standalone product.
Will HartBeat OS use one Beat or many?
Beats share one reusable framework. A simple mission may use one Beat equipped with the required Skills. A mission that needs parallel work, different access boundaries or a distinct review may use several separately scoped workers. Team size follows the work, available resources and budget.
What is a Skill?
A Skill packages instructions and supporting resources for a specific kind of work. It may include examples, references or scripts. A Beat uses the Skill with its model and approved tools. Skills are evaluated on supported configurations before their results can be relied on.
Does each Beat need its own AI model?
No. Separate Beats can use the same model endpoint while keeping their mission contexts and permissions separate. Models and execution locations are selected according to the task, data policy, measured performance and budget.
Can Skills be loaded and unloaded?
That is the intended design. Relevant Skills are selected for the mission, and removing one prevents its future selection. Removing a Skill does not erase information already read, delete retained records, cancel work or reverse completed actions. Those operations need their own controls.
Are agents being replaced by Skills?
Skills change how expertise and procedures are packaged. Agents still provide execution through a model, tools and a runtime. HartBeat is being designed to combine reusable Skills with the amount of orchestration each mission actually needs.
How will the platform keep up as AI changes?
HartBeat’s design separates mission records and controls from the models, tools and Skills used to do the work. Supported components can be evaluated and replaced through adapters. Each change still needs testing for quality, permissions, cost and recovery.
Am I locked into one AI model or hardware company?
Vendor independence is a design principle. HartBeat OS is intended to use replaceable model backends and adapters for supported apps and tools. Hardware neutrality does not mean universal compatibility: each operating system, device configuration, and integration must be tested.
Can my business data stay on my premises?
Local-only operation is a design goal for eligible workflows. Hybrid tasks may send approved information to external models or services. Privacy must account for connectors, logs, backups, and support access—not just where the model runs. Sharing data requires a defined policy and authorization.
What is available now, and how do I get started?
HartBeat OS is in development. This FAQ describes intended capabilities and consolidation opportunities, not a release checklist. Book a call to discuss a specific workflow and confirm its status, supported configuration, implementation needs, and costs. Do not cancel existing services based on roadmap descriptions alone.

THE ARCHITECT’S INSPIRATION · A PERSONAL TRIBUTE
A clear mission. The right team. Thoughtful orchestration.
For Richard Hart, Founding Architect · 0000, one source of inspiration was his memories of the television series Mission: Impossible and Peter Graves’s portrayal of Jim Phelps. Richard remembered the character as a human orchestrator who understood the assignment, selected specialists for their skills, designed the workflow, and coordinated their contributions to accomplish the intended mission.
The television series Mission: Impossible helped shape Richard’s vision for HartBeat OS: start with human intent—for example, “I want 50 fresh leads for my sales team by tomorrow,” “I want to sell more widgets,” or “Create and publish three creatives daily across all my social media channels, with calls to action that build my mailing list”—and turn it into a clearly defined mission.
Your wish becomes the mission. The HartBeat OS Orchestrator is designed to clarify the requirements, confirm the deadline and budget, create a practical workflow, and assemble Beats—the doers—with the right skills. It then directs and coordinates their work, checks quality, learns from results, and adjusts the plan toward the intended outcome.
Whether your business mission is critical or routine—including the examples above of delivering fresh, relevant leads, increasing widget sales, or publishing content that grows your followers, engagement, and mailing list—HartBeat OS selects the right AI agents with the right skill sets, equips them with the appropriate tools, and coordinates their work toward your intended outcome, with progress visible and any shortfall reported transparently to the human requester in your business.
HartBeat OS is designed to evolve alongside advances in AI, evaluating new models, tools, and capabilities for adoption within your business’s permissions and budget. It remembers relevant context, executes approved workflows, learns from results, and improves over time—becoming an increasingly capable AI office within your business.
“Mission: Possible” captures that spirit of possibility—not a promise that every mission can be achieved.

Open invitation · HartBeat Architect Challenge
Show what you can build. Help shape HartBeat OS.
Apply across 23 Architect specialties and 12 contribution areas. Our initial hiring goal is 10 outstanding Architects, with additional opportunities as HartBeat OS grows. These are overlapping ways to contribute, not 35 separate job openings. The ten role descriptions, compensation, hours, eligible locations and funding are still being finalized.
Anyone can express interest. Bring your résumé or experience and the areas where you would like to contribute across product, AI, design, education, growth or operations. No purchase, degree, invitation or referral is required.
Challenge submission deadline: March 21, 2027. A future challenge entry requires a useful contribution under finalized rules and signed rights terms—not just a résumé. Exact cutoff time and final selection rules will be published before the competitive challenge opens.
Hiring pathway: Our goal is to offer the selected Top 10 Architects paid remote part-time or full-time jobs. Role descriptions, pay, hours, eligible locations and funding are being finalized. This is an expression-of-interest phase; a job offer is not currently guaranteed.
Earn your place in the HartBeat 1000 Architect Hall of Fame through a meaningful accepted contribution. Recognized Architects who opt in will get first notice of relevant future openings and priority application review as our team grows.
HartBeat OS is its own first commercial proving ground. Follow content production, verified publishing and audience growth from the proposed October 15, 2026 launch.
Security, human authorization, and responsible data handling are priorities in HartBeat OS’s design. Our compliance roadmap starts with defining scope, documenting controls, and validating them with evidence.
Framework labels are educational—not audit or certification badges. HartBeat OS is in development; no SOC 2 report, ISO certification, or HIPAA compliance status is claimed. Vanta is a platform to evaluate, not an announced provider or partner.
