• Disconnect & Delete Your Data — revoke access or send a verified deletion request.
• Applicant & Submission Terms — separate application and contribution conditions.
• Contribution Assignment Agreement — the separate mechanism for ownership of identified work.

Website policies and contribution agreements are separate

The October 18 website and privacy update does not finalize or execute any separate contributor agreement. Contribution ownership requires a completed agreement and the required signatures. A résumé or portfolio is not automatically company property. Arrange a valid signed agreement before providing work for HartBeat to acquire or commercially reuse. No update transfers rights in earlier submissions retroactively.
