Disconnect & Delete Your Data
Version: October 18, 2026 · Effective when published on this website.
You can withdraw a social-account connection or request deletion of information held by HartBeat OS Score Keeper. These are different from deleting your TikTok or Instagram account.
1. Stop future platform access
Use the connected platform’s settings for authorized apps or connected services to remove HartBeat OS Score Keeper. Menu labels vary by platform and app version. Revoking permission stops future authorized access, but does not automatically erase information HartBeat already holds. You can also ask our team to disable the connection.
2. Send a deletion request
Email legal@hartbeatos.com for all platforms, account disconnection, data deletion and other privacy requests. Use the subject “Score Keeper data deletion.” Include the platform, your account handle or profile URL, a contact email, and whether you want disconnection, deletion, correction, or all of these. If possible, write from the email associated with your HartBeat relationship.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes or identity documents. We may ask for proportionate evidence that you own or manage the affected account through an appropriate verification method.
3. What happens next
Our team verifies the request, stops the relevant collection, removes or revokes stored connection credentials as applicable, and deletes the associated identifiable social data and public display unless a specific retention obligation applies. We aim to finish verified social-data requests within 30 days, or sooner where required, and explain lawful exceptions or extensions. We will respond with the outcome. Requests are handled manually; no automated callback or tracking portal is promised.
Restricted backups expire through their normal replacement cycle. Limited legal, security and request-completion records may remain where necessary. Revocation or deletion does not remove your original posts from the social platform, and we cannot guarantee deletion of copies made by unrelated website visitors. For full details, read the Privacy Policy.
Privacy, support and policy requests: legal@hartbeatos.com. Include your account handle and request, but never send passwords, API tokens or identity documents by ordinary email.
